WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Buyer pays return postage. Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached. Items stained with makeup or tanning products will not be accepted, please take care when trying on your garments. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in original condition.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. Download the returns form below.

2. Print form and fill out (if you do not have a printer just copy out the info onto a piece of paper)

3. Place return form into your return parcel

4. Wrap up the parcel securely - return address can be found on the return form or at the bottom of our home page.

Please note I am a one-woman small business owner, so please do not wear any products and then send back!

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

 *Shipping times exclude weekends and public holidays and can only be estimated as these vary depending on the distance from the supply point to the purchaser’s location. They can also be impacted by situations which are outside of our control, such as delays caused by couriers and postal services, credit card verification processes, hold-ups in customs, holidays & other external third parties.

Most items are shipped within 2 days of purchase (excluding weekends). Reworked items can take 1-2 weeks to be shipped as these are hand-made to order. Standard UK shipping aims to deliver in 3 days, but if you require an order urgently please DM us on Instagram and we can sort out faster postage.

GENERAL
All contracts and dealings between Unfazed and any customer relating to any goods provided and supplied by Unfazed to the customer through the website are subject to these terms and conditions. Unfazed reserves the right to modify, remove or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

 

COMMUNICATIONS
When accessing our website, you consent to Unfazed using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, such as sending you communications regarding product information and promotions by email. You may opt out of receiving these direct marketing communications at any time.

 

OUR PROTECTION OF YOUR PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting the privacy of any information provided by you as our customer and will take all reasonable precautions to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. We will collect some information from you when you order goods or get in touch with us. This includes: your name, email address, contact number, billing and delivery address. We will not sell or distribute your information to third parties. 

 

The information we collect from you is used for the purposes of:

  • Processing, fulfilling and delivering an order to you

  • Responding to an enquiry you submit to us

  • Sending you email communications

  • Business analysis and market research to improve our products and services. 

We store your data only for as long as we need to provide you services or as required by law.  

 

TERMS OF SALE

  • By placing an order for any goods on the website the customer is offering to purchase the goods on, and subject to, these Terms. Each order the customer places will be a separate and binding agreement between the customer and Unfazed with respect to the supply of the goods in accordance with these Terms.

  • All orders are subject to availability of the goods and confirmation of the order price.

  • Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the UK and intended as an estimate only. Custom-made items require manufacture so take longer to dispatch, as indicated on the website. Unfazed cannot be responsible for any delays resulting from postal or shipping delays or events beyond our control.

  • The customer acknowledges that all orders through the website are with respect to goods intended for personal, domestic and non-commercial use only.

  • Unfazed reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason at any time.

  • When placing an order the customer undertakes that all details that are provided to Unfazed are true and accurate, that the customer is an authorised user of any credit or debit card used to place an order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

  • Changes to any items on orders, delivery addresses or names are not permitted once an order has been dispatched. Unfazed can refuse any amendment or cancellation of an order at any time.  

  • Sizes stated on the website relate to UK sizing, but comparison size charts are included for the benefit of international customers. The customer must ensure that they order the correct size (using UK sizing) as the customer will be liable for any additional postage if goods need to be exchanged for this reason.

  • The price with respect to any goods is specified on the website and is exclusive of any delivery costs.

  • All prices quoted are in UK Sterling.

  • Unfazed reserves the right to change or alter the prices of goods on the website without notice to the customer.

  • In paying or attempting to pay for goods, the customer agrees that the customer has not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law.

  • Like most retailers, Unfazed periodically reduces prices of items. If you purchase an item before it is reduced, we are not obliged to honour the newly reduced sale price for you, nor are we required to price match an item you may see cheaper elsewhere. 

 

CANCELLATION, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • No cancellations or refunds will be accepted and the goods will be delivered to the stated delivery address in accordance with these Terms. No exchanges will be accepted for custom-made items. Therefore, the customer should carefully check that their order is accurate before submitting it to Unfazed.

  • Changes to orders cannot be accepted once an order has been dispatched.

  • Unfazed may accept exchange of non-custom-made goods to the same value within 7 days from the date of delivery. Goods must be unworn, unwashed and in their original purchase condition with original tags still attached, with no signs of being removed and re-attached. The customer must first contact Unfazed and include their order confirmation email with any goods being returned for exchange.

  • Any goods which Unfazed has elected to accept for exchange shall be returned at the customer’s expense. The customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless the garment was faulty, or there was a dispatch error by Unfazed.

  • Due to health and hygiene reasons swimwear, intimate clothing and jewellery cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

 

DAMAGED & FAULTY GOODS

  • All goods are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a sellable condition prior to being sent to the customer.

  • Unfazed is not responsible for deterioration of any goods caused by the customer not adhering to washing instructions of custom-made clothing, which are clearly indicated on the website.

  • If the customer discovers that any goods are faulty or damaged, the customer must notify Unfazed within 7 days of date of delivery.

  • If Unfazed inspects the goods and confirms that there is a fault, the customer will be entitled to either an exchange or replacement of goods.

  • Unfazed will cover the postage costs associated with the customer returning faulty or damaged goods.

  • Customers are liable for any delivery costs if goods are found not to be faulty.

 

DELIVERY

  • Any date for delivery of goods is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. Unfazed will endeavour to meet any estimated delivery dates but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer for failure to meet an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery time depends on the customer’s location.

  • Unfazed reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.

  • Currently, all deliveries of goods in the UK are made by standard Royal Mail postage. International deliveries are tracked.

  • Unfazed will not be held responsible for any occurrence that may happen following delivery of goods, including theft or damage, if goods are delivered to an unattended address. All risks will remain with the customer upon delivery and Unfazed will not offer replacement goods or refund a customer for any lost or damaged goods.

  • In the event the customer does not receive their order within 15 business days of placement, the customer should contact Unfazed.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

  • UK consumer law guarantees certain conditions, warranties and undertakings, and gives the customer other legal rights, in relation to the quality and fitness for purpose of consumer goods sold in the UK. These guarantees cannot be modified or excluded by any contract and nothing in these Terms purports to modify or exclude the customer’s legal rights under UK consumer law.

  • The customer agrees to use the website at their own risk. The customer agrees to indemnify Unfazed, its affiliates, officers or directors from any third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs arising from the customer’s use of the website or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Further the customer accepts upon delivery all risk for loss or damage to the goods whether caused by the customer or not, and the customer indemnifies Unfazed against all claims, demands, suits and actions for loss or damage caused by or arising from the handling, transportation, storage, display, neglect or use of the goods after the customer has taken possession of the goods.

 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to the customer on or through the website remains the property of Unfazed.

  • The customer is authorised to download, view, copy or print any content on the website for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes only. Such content must not be modified or altered in any way.

  • The customer is not permitted to copy, reproduce, alter, distribute, publish or use in any manner any content on the website other than as permitted under these Terms without the written consent of Unfazed.
